What you get
Phone-first vendor receipt capture. Employees take a photo, hold-to-record a voice note, tap an expense category — and the AI pipeline creates a draft Purchase Order ready for admin review. Cuts the receipt-to-Odoo loop from days to seconds.
How it works
Built on top of Purchase AI Assistant (Claude integration). The employee opens /m/receipt on their phone, captures the receipt, describes what was bought in Spanish or English, picks the expense category, and submits. Admin sees the photo, hears the voice note, sees Claude's extraction, and promotes the draft PO with one click.

/m/receipt— responsive, works on any phone browser. Add it to home screen as a PWA, no native app needed. - Voice note + classification — Browser MediaRecorder captures audio; Claude transcribes in Spanish + English and classifies the expense category.
- Photo extraction — Vendor, NIT, total, line items — all extracted from the receipt photo. Multi-image support for multi-page receipts.
- Admin review queue — Purchase → Mobile Receipts → Pending Review. Photo + audio + extraction visible inline, one-click promote to real PO.
- Security groups — Mobile Receipt User can submit + see their own; Mobile Receipt Manager sees everyone's.
