A decade in the trenches of operations
I'm Rodolfo Kong, founder of ARMKU. I spent a decade in supply chain and operations — managing $22M in warehouse assets at Emerson, cutting production costs at Firefly Aerospace, and building analytics frameworks for Sysco's distribution network. Now I help growing companies access that same level of operational thinking without the Fortune 500 price tag.
