A whole restaurant on one system: point of sale, kitchen costs, payroll, accounting with electronic invoicing, ordering over WhatsApp and Instagram, and AI for the paperwork. Fifty custom modules we built and ran.
LiveTin Marín
Framed art for children's rooms, sold online. Customers build a whole wall on screen and drag each design into its frame while the price follows every choice. Behind the store: online payment, electronic invoices issued on payment, delivery priced by weight, and production orders for every supplier.
A hotel build
Job costing for a hotel under construction: fifteen rules tag every purchase line to its budget chapter, from purchase order to bill to payment, and a board shows budget, committed, billed and remaining for each chapter. Local taxes set up in-house, with a full operations manual.
A bilingual community site
News starts as a message in the community's group chat. AI drafts the post in Spanish and English and flags private data, a person approves it, and it goes live with photos and video, plus a weekly newsletter draft. Tested end to end: 106 of 106 checks.

I've managed $22 million in warehouse assets for Emerson. Cut production costs at an aerospace company building rockets. Built supply chain analytics for Sysco, one of the largest food distributors in North America.
