Privacy Policy

ARMKU LLC ("ARMKU", "we") runs armku.us. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site or talk to us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to answer and serve you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, company, email, phone and message when you book a consultation, fill out a contact or support form, buy from the shop, or reply to one of our emails.
• Purchase details: what you bought and your billing information. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Visit information: our website platform records basic statistics about visits, such as pages viewed, date and time, browser language and approximate country. We use it only to understand what is useful on the site.
• Business contact information: when we reach out to companies, we use the business email addresses they publish for inquiries on their own websites.

How we use it

• To answer your request, schedule calls, deliver what you bought and provide support.
• To send business emails about our services. Every one of them lets you opt out, and we honor opt-outs immediately.
• To keep the site secure and free of spam.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

armku.us only uses cookies that make the site work: your session, your language and your display preference. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The booking form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which may set its own cookies and is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need: hosting (Amazon Web Services, United States), email (Microsoft 365), payments (Stripe) and spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires (for example, invoices). When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to rkong@armku.us and we will answer within 30 days. Wherever you live, in the U.S. or Latin America, you have the same options here.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

armku.us is a business website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
