Two-way Twilio WhatsApp + SMS for Odoo 17. Inbound webhook, conversation threading on every contact, opt-in/opt-out tracking, optional Claude AI auto-replies, and human handoff when a conversation needs it.
How it works
Turns res.partner into a WhatsApp / SMS conversation hub. Every inbound message threads against the matching partner; outbound sends go through the Twilio REST API. Optional AI triage with an Anthropic API key — Claude handles the obvious messages, escalates the hard ones to a human via WhatsApp.
