Armku Marketplace · Terms & Conditions of Sale
Last updated 2026-05-18. These terms govern every order placed at armku.us and supersede the prior Odoo template terms that may have appeared on earlier invoices.
1 · The product is a digital download
Every module sold on armku.us is delivered as a downloadable
.zip file via a single-use, signed link
emailed to the address on this invoice. The link is valid for
7 days and can be used once. If the link
expires or fails before you spend the one allowed download, we will
regenerate it at no cost — reply to your receipt email or use the
contact form on armku.us.
2 · No refunds on modules (per our published Refund Policy)
Because Odoo modules are delivered the instant your payment clears, and because once the source code is on your machine it cannot be "returned," all sales of digital modules are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept this. The full policy lives at armku.us/refund-policy and is incorporated into this contract by reference. We will make it right when:
- your download link never worked or expired before you could use it;
- you were charged but never received the confirmation email;
- the module file is materially broken on first install on a stock Odoo Community instance and the issue is reproducible. We will publish a fix or refund within 7 days.
3 · Installation & Setup Service — 24-hour cancellation
For "Module Installation & Setup Service" line items: full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the scheduled window; non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-show. If we fail to perform the install on the agreed date and do not reschedule within 7 days, you receive a full refund.
4 · Priority Support — 30 days, non-refundable once activated
The 30-day Priority Support subscription is non-refundable once activated. If we materially fail the one-business-day response SLA over a sustained period, we will extend the window or issue a prorated refund at our option.
5 · License grant & resale
Each module is delivered under its own open-source license
(LGPL-3 unless otherwise noted in the module's __manifest__.py).
You may install, modify, and use the module on any Odoo instance you
operate. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute
the unmodified module — neither for profit nor as part of a competing
catalog. Fair use under the open-source license still applies; if in
doubt, ask.
6 · Third-party costs are not included
Several modules integrate with paid third-party services. Costs charged by those providers are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price of any Armku module. Examples:
- Anthropic API usage (Purchase AI Assistant, Purchase Mobile Receipt, Twilio Messaging AI features, Mail Meta Unified AI features) — paid to Anthropic at console.anthropic.com.
- Twilio WhatsApp + SMS per-message fees — paid to Twilio.
- Meta WhatsApp Business conversation pricing — paid to Meta.
- SAT-certified FEL provider contracts (INFILE etc.) for the Guatemala FEL module — paid to the provider directly.
- Hosting, domain, SSL, and the Odoo Community / Enterprise license itself — paid to your hosting provider and Odoo SA.
7 · Payment terms
Invoices are payable on receipt unless otherwise stated on the order. Late balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law. We may suspend new downloads, install services, and priority support to any account with a past-due balance over 30 days.
8 · No warranty of fit for your specific business
Modules are delivered as-is. Each product page describes what the module does and the Odoo version it targets. It is your responsibility (or your Odoo partner's) to verify the module fits your specific configuration before purchase. Our Installation & Setup Service is the recommended path if you are unsure. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with third-party modules we have not tested against.
9 · Liability cap
<h3>9 · Liability cap</h3> <p>To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase on armku.us is limited to <strong>the amount you actually paid Armku for the product or service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim</strong>. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This cap mirrors the one published in our public Terms at <a href="https://armku.us/terms">armku.us/terms</a>.</p> armku.us/terms.
10 · Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Almost every issue we have seen has been resolvable within one email reply. Chargebacks initiated without giving us a chance to make it right may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases and may be contested as fraudulent transactions.
11 · Governing law & forum
This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith email correspondence shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
