Refund Policy

Effective May 18, 2026

Digital Modules — no refunds

Because Odoo modules are delivered the instant your payment clears — and because once the source code is on your machine it cannot be "returned" — all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout you acknowledge that you understand and accept this.

This is standard practice for digital products. If you are not comfortable with a no-refund model, please do not purchase.

When we will intervene

We absolutely make it right in these situations:

  • Your download link never worked, or it expired before you could use it, and the 1-download counter hasn't been spent. We will regenerate the link at no cost. Reply to your receipt email or use the contact form.
  • You were charged but never received an order confirmation email (delivery failure on our end). We will either deliver the product or fully refund the charge.
  • The module file is materially broken on first install (won't import / manifest is corrupt) and the issue is reproducible on a stock Odoo 18 Community install. We will publish a fix and re-send the download link. If we cannot fix it within 7 days we will refund the purchase.

Installation Service — 24-hour cancellation

For the "Module Installation & Setup Service":

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before your scheduled install window: full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice, or no-show: the work is non-refundable (we have already blocked time and may have started preparation).
  • If we fail to perform the install on the agreed date and don't reschedule within 7 days, you get a full refund.

Priority Support — 30 Days

The 30-day Priority Support subscription is non-refundable once activated. If we materially fail to provide one-business-day response over a sustained period, contact us and we'll either extend the window or issue a prorated refund.

Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Almost every issue we've seen has been resolvable within one email. Chargebacks initiated without giving us a chance to make it right may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases.

How to request a fix or refund

Email us via the contact form with:

  1. Your order number (from the receipt email).
  2. The product you bought.
  3. A short description of what went wrong, with screenshots if possible.

We respond within one business day. Sooner if you bought Priority Support.
