What it does
Receives WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct messages in Odoo under one Meta app, with a signed webhook, keeps each conversation, and answers with AI using your own Anthropic key. A person can answer from the conversation screen within Meta's 24-hour window, which pauses the AI on that conversation. Conversations are not linked to contacts automatically. Tested against a simulated Meta service. You need your own Meta app, approved by Meta.
