What you get
Barcode-driven manufacturing for Odoo 17. Scan a BOM barcode to open the production wizard, scan finished-product barcode to confirm, scan component barcodes to back-flush inventory. Built for kitchen and shop-floor operators on a wired or wireless reader.
How it works
Lets an operator drive mrp.production orders entirely with a barcode scanner — no keyboard required after the initial login. Mobile-friendly Owl wizard with big buttons and large fonts for sticky-finger touchscreens on the shop floor.
Key features
- Scan BOM to start — Scan a BOM barcode and the production wizard opens pre-loaded — no menu navigation.
- Scan quantity + finished product — Most barcode readers can emit numbers. Scan quantity, scan the finished-product barcode to confirm.
- Component back-flush — Scan each component barcode to consume inventory line by line, or auto-consume all components in one button press.
- Printable BOM with barcodes — QWeb report prints a BOM sheet with embedded barcodes for each component — laminate it and hang it on the bench.
- Any HID scanner — USB or Bluetooth, anything that emits keyboard events.
