What it does
On the phone: photograph a vendor receipt, record a voice note, pick the expense category and send. Claude creates a draft purchase order for a manager to review. Requires Purchase AI Assistant (sold separately) and an Anthropic API key. The voice note also needs an OpenAI API key for transcription. You pay both directly.
