What it does
Receives WhatsApp and SMS through Twilio in Odoo, keeps a conversation per phone number, links it to the contact with that phone, and answers automatically, with a fixed reply or AI using your Anthropic key. A person can take over and answer from Odoo. It alerts an administrator on WhatsApp when a customer needs a person. A customer who sends STOP or ALTO gets a confirmation and no more messages until they send START or INICIAR. It does not do bulk sending or replies from the contact form. Tested against a simulated Twilio service. You pay Twilio and Anthropic directly.
